POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Ensuring a Safe and Enjoyable Experience for All

Booking Refunds & Changes
- Strictly no refund or carry forward of non-utilised session.
- Pool facility impacted by rain can be rescheduled, subject to availability. Contact our Customer Service Hotline at 03 - 7890 4143 for rescheduling.
- 48 hours advance notice required for any booking time changes, subject to availability.
- Booking must be based on valid ID (MyKad / JKM Card). Check-in requires valid ID presentation at the booking counter for entry wristlet.
- Without valid ID or mismatch in booking, customers must pay the balance per Normal Rate or entry may be denied (non-refundable).
- The Centre reserves the right to deny entry or end your session for non-adherence to SOP.
Pool Rules and Regulations
- Freediving activities (breath holding, using long fins or monofins) require a partner/buddy.
- Proper swim attire required. Cotton/jeans/jersey not allowed in pool.
- Unruly, disruptive or offensive behaviour and profanity strictly prohibited.
- Freelance coaches must register at the counter and pay commercial fee before lessons.
- Family members coaching each other (non-remunerated) should inform the counter. Maximum 3 students allowed.
Other Important Information
- Do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for any theft.
